What guests loved:

Location, location, location! The pyramids were right out the back door! Views from the rooftop were iconic. The hotel is new and beautifully decorated with Egyptian motifs. Front desk is very helpful...

Areas for improvement:

Wifi wasn't very reliable and no variety in the breakfast over different days but these are minor inconveniences compared to how helpful and accomodating the staff were to our requests.
